  2. Transition periodInterim CEO – current

As of 30 September 2026, an investor and management group has acquired OMØ A/S from Ragn-Sells. I have been involved throughout the process as lead investor and active buyer – from LOI, due diligence and business plan to financing, ownership structure and closing.

In connection with the acquisition, I have also stepped in as Managing Director with signing authority in OMØ A/S. In practice, the role is an interim CEO assignment, in which I take on active management responsibility during the transition period and help ensure continuity, momentum and a good start under the new ownership.

I do not advise from theory. I advise from the experience of having stood on both sides of the table as a founder, managing director, board member, investor, buyer and seller. Michael Nielsen

For more than 30 years, I have built businesses, run them as managing director, served on boards and personally occupied both the buyer’s and seller’s seat. I understand what succession feels like from the owner’s perspective — and what a buyer looks for.

No standard model fits every business. That is why I advise based on the situation rather than a ready-made model, assembling the necessary team for each individual business.

I open doors to the right team

A large part of my value goes beyond the advice itself. I open doors to the people a succession process requires — through a network built over 30 years on both sides of the table.
